What is your pricing?No two homes are alike. We will either quote for the requirements of each job or based on an hourly rate. We start every relationship by providing a free over the phone or walkthrough quote so that we can get to know you and your home. During that time we can answer any questions you may have and create a tailored clean that meets your needs.

What method of payment is accepted, and what are your payment terms?Payment for cleaning services is due, in full, within 24 hours of receiving an invoice. A valid credit card must be kept on file prior to scheduling of services. We currently use "Jobber” to secure and process your credit card information. Payment via cash/check is accepted however, if you choose to pay by check or cash on a regular basis, and no one is going to be home on the day of your scheduled cleaning service, payment must be left at the residence in a marked & sealed envelope. If payment is not made within 24 hours of the date of service, the credit card on file will be charged and additional credit card processing fees will apply. Maid Tidy LLC conveniently accepts payment in the following forms: Cash, Personal Check, Venmo, Credit Cards and Bank Payments (additional processing fees apply) and Apple Cash. Maid Tidy LLC does not accept postdated checks. In the event all payment methods fail, Maid Tidy LLC may charge a late fee for any outstanding amounts. A late fee in the amount of 10% will be charged for each month the outstanding invoice is not paid. Customers shall be responsible for all costs of collection (including reasonable attorney’s fees) to collect overdue amounts.

Do you charge cancellation fees?If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Please consider our scheduling/preparations and that we are reserving a time slot for your cleaning and have an employee scheduled. A fee of $50.00 will be applied to the card on file for all appointments that are not cancelled/rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning day, unless notified otherwise. The same courtesy will be provided to you by Maid Tidy LLC should a change need to be made to the schedule.

Is your schedule flexible?We want to work around your busy life. Whether you are looking for a one-time deep clean or recurring visits, Maid Tidy with work with your availability to find the best time to clean. Let us know what day of the week and time of the day works best for you and let us do the rest.

Do I have to be home during my appointment?No, you do not need to be home, but Maid Tidy must be let into the home at the scheduled appointment time. You may choose to give Maid Tidy a door code, door key, or leave your door unlocked. If you choose to leave your door unlocked, place the key under a mat, or leave your house key in a secured place for us, you release Maid Tidy from all liability that arises from damage made before or after the cleaning providers leave the premises.

Do I have to leave my residence during the appointment?While our cleaners are most efficient in an empty home, we have many clients that work from home or prefer to stay home during the appointment. Our cleaners do their best not to disturb the client if they are working.
